Great showing and fun at Alumni Game

As has been the case since the late 1980s, alumni of the Bulldog Boys Soccer program came home to play in our annual Alumni Game the day after Thanksgiving. The tradition, which was started by former Bulldog coach George Giannouloudis, still brings together dozens of alum from over the years to "battle" for the annual alumni cup.

This year- 36 hearty alum braved the 30 degree temps and had a great time doing it.  Members of the team chipped in some donations to support fellow alumnus Michael Dobbyn's family as their son battles Sanfilippo Syndrome.

This year's winning team was made up of players from the highly successful 2010 era.  Special shout out to our 2015 team seniors.  All four of them were there- the only class with 100% attendance! Thanks Joey, Kevin, Brian and Pat!

Alumni Game set for Friday

The annual CHS Boys Soccer Alumni game will take place this Friday, November 29th at 4:00pm at CHS Memorial Field. All CHS Boys Soccer Alumni are welcome and encouraged to attend. It is always fun to get players from many different eras together for this annual event. We are hoping for a great turnout so please spread the word.

We are also taking donations for the Sanfillipo Syndrome fight.  Michael Dobbyn's (class of 1995) son Connor is currently battling this fatal disease and I'm hoping that our soccer alumni can come through with some donations.
